Fall into Gatlinburg this Autumn!
The leaves in the Smoky Mountains are beginning to decorate our beautiful mountain range and before we know it, they will be in full vibrant fall colors. Downtown Gatlinburg is fully decorated for the fall seasons as well. Pumpkins, corn stalks, indian corn and hay bails decorate the streets and store fronts along the main street.
Ober Gatlinburg celebrates an authentic Oktoberfest thru the 2nd of November. They offer free shows daily, Bavarian Fun Makers Band will perform folk dances, oompah music, sing-a-longs, yodels and more. Traditional German wurst, schnitzel, sauerkraut, strudel, pretzels and more are some of the menu items available as well.
Ripleys Fright Nights run the whole month of October Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.
Additional events going on during the month are Shoktober, Fine Arts Festival and The Gatlinburg Craftsman’ Fair.
With many adventures to be found all around Sevier County, Gatlinburg will round out the month with a Taste of Autumn October 28th. This is a one day event that will feature food fare from local restaurants. We hope you can make it to Gatlinburg this fall season to visit us.
